FRONT ROOM
The Front Room of the Sydney Esquisse Launch Pad blurs the boundaries between art installation, information centre and meeting place. Designed by Sydney based architects Hamish Ginn and Marc Tendys, the Front Room is buzzing with creative energy. With the amount of activity in and around the Sydney Esquisse area,, this is a great place to lounge on the custom designed furniture by Red Dot Design and just soak it all up. In the main room we will stage several exhibitions including furniture by Brisbane based designer Brian Steendyk and Sydney's Hop Design.

U12Y - DESIGNERS OF THE FUTURE
Pine Street artists and Esquisse designers worked with children during the Spring holiday program to facilitate their ideas and interpretations about future housing, drinking objects, fabrics and communication. A diverse range of techniques and materials were used in the production of the works including: found and recycled objects, clay, leather and fabrics.
